Founded by Dr. Polly Hason
For Dr. Polly Hason, beauty and wellness have always been a way of life rather than a business. She grew up in Thailand surrounded by its healing traditions, from Thai massage to native Thai herbs.
On her travels she noticed that authentic Thai spa experiences were often either too commercial or hard to find. She started Jai Chan to share real Thai wellness with people looking for balance in a busy life.

Part of the JIAN CHA family
Jai Chan belongs to the same family as JIAN CHA, a premium tea house in Bangkok known for refreshing fruit teas, signature drinks and bakery, with branches including CentralWorld, Central Rama 9 and One Bangkok. The name comes from the Chinese 见茶 (Jiàn Chá): to meet and experience the world of tea, a nod to the mountains where fine tea leaves are grown.
Both brands share the same founder, Dr. Polly Hason. At Jai Chan you’ll find JIAN CHA’s tea throughout our treatments, from the signature jasmine tea hair rinse to the Grape Cheese Cloud Head Spa, inspired by JIAN CHA’s Grape Tea Smoothie with Cream Cheese.
